Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 + Bonus + Allowances + Super

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are expanding and have an opening for an Occupational Therapist Team Leader to join our team. The role will involve offering and supporting the team to offer OT services to participants with a diverse range of diagnoses across multiple funding options. Both full-time and part-time options are available. Flexible work between our new therapy clinic, multi-disciplinary shared office, and community sites options available.

This position is suited to someone who possesses a high level of motivation, independence, and organisation. A key requirement for this role is exceptional communication skills, as well as a genuine enjoyment of establishing connections with participants and their families.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Australian accredited qualification as a Occupational Therapist

  • AHPRA Registration

  • Membership with Occupational Therapy Australia including appropriate insurance

  • Minimum of 5 years clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist in Australia.
