Graduate Development Programme

Our 2025 Graduate Programme will be opening shortly to start accepting applications! Explore the roles we have available or get in touch to learn more.

Moving from university to a permanent job can be overwhelming and thrilling at the same time, but Advance Therapy is here to support you!

Our Graduate Programme is top-rated in the industry and will prepare you for a fulfilling career as an Allied Health clinician at Advance Therapy.

You'll embark on your professional journey with a group of like-minded peers, sharing triumphs and obstacles as a team.

When you join our Graduate Programme, you will:

Experience a full week of graduate-specific induction sessions, including a comprehensive introduction to community practice, the NDIS and life at Advance Therapy. The first day is held in a central location where you will meet other Graduates in your cohort. Throughout the week, you will be able to attend virtual workshops led by members of our Leadership Team, as well as have the opportunity to shadow senior clinicians on participant visits.

Receive an initial six months of intensive induction, training and upskilling to set you up for the rest of the programme and your future career.

Be paired with an experienced supervisor who will meet with you each week to provide 1:1 clinical support, guide your internal and external professional development activities, and answer any questions.

Work within a supportive and experienced multidisciplinary team with whom you will collaborate and learn from. In some cases, you will share participants with a clinician from another discipline and will work in partnership to provide a holistic approach to therapy.

Receive mentoring and support to help you get the most from the programme and ensure you are able to deliver better participant outcomes.

Enjoy team-bonding activities including charity and supplier events, staff parties and events, and holiday celebrations such as Halloween and Easter.
