Our Management team

  • Sonia is our Pascoe Vale South Operations Manager who has an extensive history of health administration and health management.

    Sonia has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Management from Swinburne University as well as a Diploma of Practice management. Sonia has had a wide range of experience in the health fields including working at The Royal Childrenโ€™s Hospital, Royal Melbourne Hospital, Brunswick Private Hospital as well as several private health and medical clinics.

  • Youstina is our Pascoe Vale South Human Resource Manager graduating from Victoria University with Bachelor of Psychological Studies and Business โ€“ Majoring of Human Resources.

    Youstina has experience in supporting our people and culture with a key interest in developing passionate clinicians supporting their career development and working with individuals to find their work-life balance.

  • Ebony is our Pascoe Vale South finance manager who comes from a background of medical clinical management. Ebony has worked in various allied health clinicis where she has obtained skills to support the development of our team as well as optimise participants plans and packages to maximise value and service delivery.

    Ebony is particularly skilled in Procedure Development, Communication, People Management, Interpersonal Skills, and Organization Skills.

  • Lana is an experience web developer who provides online support with our operational software and online presence. Lana allows for Advance Therapy to be accessed by members of our local community to ensure we are able to provide equal opportunity to those who require our services.

  • Jayne has extensive experience working in talent acquisition and recruitment with a proven track record of successfully identifying, attracting, and retaining amazing clinicians.

    Jayne is skilled in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to ensure we attract the best people for our participants who are passionate, dedicated and committed to delivering great healthcare.

  • Chancy is our Social Media Content manager and is responsible for management and development of activity on core social media channels with the aim of driving positive engagement for our clients, building awareness to our mission and services, and proving an insight to our business operations.

  • Jessey is an experienced IT Support officer who has had over 10 years experience in the management of SME and Large business IT systems. Jessey provides extensive support to ensure our team are well support with the appropriate technology to ensure efficient operations and client information security.

Our Clinical Leadership team

  • Craig is an experienced Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of direct clinical service roles as well as having extensive managerial and team leader experience. Craig works clinically as a Occupational Therapists with special interest and expertise in Assistive Technology, Home Modifications and Housing. Craig also provides support with compliance and regulatory matters to ensure we exceed industry standards.Craigโ€™s experience in Private Practice, Community Health and within the Tertiary education system allows Advance Therapy to be at the front of our Healthcare Movement.

  • Kira is an experienced Speech Pathologist with over 11 years of experience in direct clinical service roles as well as having extensive managerial and team leader experience. Kira works clinically as a Speech Pathologist with special interest and expertise in infant and paediatric services. Kira also provides support with compliance and regulatory matters to ensure we exceed industry standards. Kiraโ€™s post graduate qualifications acquired in USA enable her to provide advanced practice in the infant and early paediatric space and allows Advance Therapy to be at the front of our Healthcare Movement.

  • Carly is an experienced Occupational Therapist who is passionate about multi-disciplinary healthcare. Carly completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at James Cook University in Queensland before later moving down to Melbourne and then to Western Australia where she provided care to participants in Western Australiaโ€™s regional town in the Pilbara.

    Carly has particular interest and additional training regarding housing, home modificationโ€™s, SDA's and SIL's. Carly regularly presents to Occupational Therapists nationally on the topic on a regular basis.

    Carly loves her two dogs, as well as exploring and camping.

  • Bonnie is Advance Therapyโ€™s Speech Pathology clinical team leader who has particular interest in Paediatric care.

    Bonnie graduated from Queensland University in 2014 with a Masters in Speech Pathology. Bonnie has a wide range of clinical experience including working at The Queensland Childrenโ€™s Hospital and within various Adolescent Mental health clinics within Queensland. Bonnie has a bilingual background additionally supporting Korean speaking participants.

  • Lisa is Advance Therapyโ€™s Speech Pathology clinical team leader who has particular interest in Paediatric care.

    Lisa graduated from Melbourne University with a Masters in Speech Pathology. Lisa has a wide range of clinical experience including private practice and disability education. Lisa brings her clinical and leadership expertise to support our Speech Pathology team, Allied Health Assistants as well as providing clinical training to Speech students.

    Lisa enjoys getting out for a run on the weekends and doing pilates.

  • Lawrence is the founder of Advance Therapy, our Senior Neurological and Community Physiotherapist.
    Lawrence has 10 years experience in various health, human development and leadership roles. Lawrence studied in Queensland and has worked in various positions within Aged care, Community Health and Private Practice spaces. Lawrenceโ€™s preference is to incorporate movement into normal life by combining physiology principles into common, everyday tasks. Lawrence enjoys getting outdoors with people where possible, weather that be in the local park, gym, leisure centre or garden. Being outdoors in the natural environment helps to take away the barriers often faced by being indoors. Lawrence works with all types of participants and conditions, from Stroke, Brain injuries, Neurological disorders and post-surgical recoveries. He preforms activities including: Balance practice, Functional strength training, Movement assessment and Functional Capacity Assessments, Falls prevention and interventions, Exercise programming and development, Manual Handling training and development, Equipment prescription related to falls and mobility.

    Lawrence is the Director of Advance Therapy, a multi-disciplinary allied health service provider where we work collaboratively to achieve our participants goals. Advance Therapy prioritise partnerships and support people in a holistic way to ensure they can advance through their life without barriers.

    Lawrence enjoys being active in the local community and is a passionate runner, cyclist and snowboarder.

Our Mentorship team

  • Terry is an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience in the public and private healthcare space.

    Terry works primarily as a clinical educator with specialty areas including assistive technology and Acquired Brain Injuries.

  • Jo is a Speech Pathologist and researcher at Deakin University with over 25 yearsโ€™ experience in the disability sector as a clinician, trainer, support worker, family member and researcher.

    Jo has particular interests in: Augmentative and Alternative communication, Inclusion, Severe to profound intellectual disability, UNCRPD, Supported decision-making and Assistive technology.

  • Dianne is an occupational therapist with over 20 years' experience in the mental health field. She has worked both in the private and public sector, facilitating group therapy programs, individual assessments and treatment plans, and also works with families.

    Dianne consults from Northpark Private Hospital and teaches at Australian Catholic University in the School of Occupational Therapy.
